Please refer back to your appointment confirmation email. Here you will have the option to reschedule or cancel your session. Follow the instructions and you will receive another email confirming your recent changes. Please note that there is a 48 hours appointment cancellation or rescheduling policy so that this slot may be filled. All sessions moved, cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited. Thank you for your consideration of Jenny’s time.

Sessions are conducted with clients over the phone or video via conference line or Skype/Zoom. Jenny will work with you to address & clear your energetic blocks, help you align your energies to what you desire, and answer your questions during your healing session.

Every effort is made to record your healing session. However, this cannot be guaranteed in the event of rare technical difficulties. Sessions are recorded in MP3 format for easy listening on your phone, tablet or computer.

It is best to give yourself 15 minutes of quiet time to prepare yourself ahead of the session. Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed. Keep yourself well hydrated before, during, and after the session. If possible, do not schedule anything immediately after the session so you can allow some time for integration. A nap or walk after your session can be very supportive as well.

A few days before your scheduled appointment with Jenny, you will get an email with more details including information on how to prepare for your healing session IF indicated for your appointment type.
